Mr. Mourad is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with more than 30 years of leadership experience in global accounting, audit, and regulatory environments. His career spans senior positions at leading international firms, where he developed deep expertise in U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations, integrated audits, SOX compliance, and international financial reporting standards.
Before joining Mavins, Mr. Mourad served as an Inspections Leader at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) in the United States. There, he led inspection teams responsible for assessing audit quality across major accounting firms, contributing directly to strengthening public trust and regulatory accountability in capital markets.
As Chairman of Mavins Saudi Arabia, he drives the firm’s strategic growth and operational leadership within the Kingdom. His experience also includes executive roles, and senior audit leadership at Price Waterhouse across offices in Dallas, London, Houston, and Moscow.

Amr Kambal is a seasoned risk and internal audit professional with over 20 years of progressive leadership experience across the GCC and international markets. He has advised government entities, regulators, listed companies, and multinational corporations on enterprise risk management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
Amr holds a Master’s degree from the UK and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and a Certified in Control Self-Assessment (CCSA) professional. He also holds the Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR) from ACCA (UK). Gregory E. Picur, CPA, CFE
Gregory E. Picur is a Fraud Investigative Consultant & Compliance Training Specialist. He is a veteran fraud investigator and compliance advisor with over four decades of experience in forensic audits, anti-corruption programs, and governance risk management. His expertise spans both public and private sectors, with a focus on high-stakes investigations, corporate ethics, and capacity-building initiatives across the U.S., Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
At Saudi Aramco, Mr. Picur led the creation and implementation of the Suspension Mitigation Program (SMP)—a framework developed with Aramco’s Legal and Procurement departments. Enabling suspended contractors to regain eligibility by establishing Codes of Conduct, Ethics Manuals, and undergoing Fraud Awareness Training. His investigations at Aramco uncovered embezzlement, procurement fraud, and FCPA violations, leading to lasting policy and control enhancements.
Prior to Aramco, Mr. Picur served 16 years as a Supervisory Criminal Investigator at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), where he was appointed a Commissioned Foreign Service Officer under President Bill Clinton. He established investigative operations in Baghdad and Islamabad, and led significant fraud prosecutions. He conducted anti-fraud training across 20+ countries from postings in Cairo, Budapest, Baghdad, and Islamabad. Earlier in his career, Mr. Picur spent over a decade with the IRS as a Senior Criminal Investigator, where he supported federal prosecutions involving tax fraud, money laundering, and political corruption.
He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Florida and Illinois, a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and a licensed Private Investigator. A member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), he served as an officer of Saudi ACFE Chapter 86. Mr. Picur is fluent in English, German and Egyptian Arabic.
Sherine El Shorbagi
Sherine El Shorbagi brings over two decades of executive leadership in governance, sustainability, and public policy to her role as Head of ESG Services at Mavins Saudi Arabia. With a strong foundation in both the public and private sectors, Sherine leads the firm’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) advisory practice, helping clients develop sustainable strategies that align with regulatory requirements, stakeholder expectations, and national development goals such as Saudi Vision 2030.
Her extensive experience includes serving as a senior advisor to Egypt’s Minister of Trade & Industry and as CEO of the Export Development Authority, where she led national strategies. At the Volkswagen Group (Egypt), she led governance and compliance initiatives, established key board committees, and oversaw engagements with global advisory firms.
Sherine has a proven track record in institutional reform, ESG policy development, and stakeholder engagement, with deep expertise in CSR, ISO 26000, SA8000, GRI reporting, and public-private partnerships. She has represented Egypt in global forums hosted by the UN, ITC, and World Bank, and has played a key role in building inclusive industrial and trade ecosystems that support SME growth, local content, and climate-resilient development.

With over 12 years of experience in creative direction, brand strategy, and integrated marketing, Nezar has worked with regional and global brands across the FMCG, retail, hospitality, real estate, and lifestyle sectors.
Known for his ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative narratives, Nezar combines design-thinking with digital marketing expertise to deliver campaigns that resonate, convert, and build long-term brand equity. His leadership has helped launch and grow some of the region’s most successful product lines and brand identities—earning recognition for both creative execution and measurable business impact.

Over the course of her career, Roba has led actuarial consulting projects involving end-of-service benefits (EOSB), IFRS 17 implementation, solvency modeling, embedded value, pricing strategies, and pension fund valuations. She has advised insurers, reinsurers, corporates, and government entities on actuarial policy, capital adequacy, and data-driven decision-making—often in multi-jurisdictional contexts.
