IT Systems Administrator

We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to manage and maintain the firm's IT infrastructure. The role supports the reliability, security, and efficiency of the systems that enable Mavins Saudi Arabia to deliver high-quality services.

What you will do

Key responsibilities

Manage and maintain servers, networks, cloud platforms, and related IT systems.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Implement and monitor security measures that protect company data and systems.
Oversee software and hardware installations, updates, and upgrades.
Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability.
Maintain documentation covering configurations and procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve IT systems and processes.

What you bring

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least three years of experience in IT systems administration or a similar role.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and on-premise infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of network management and cybersecurity practices.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with IT support tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
