Training and Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Training and Development Manager to design, implement, and manage programs that strengthen the capabilities of employees and member firms. The role supports a culture of excellence, learning, and innovation across the network.

What you will do

Key responsibilities

Develop and oversee training programs tailored to member-firm and employee needs.
Collaborate with subject-matter experts to create effective learning materials.
Coordinate in-person and virtual sessions, including scheduling and logistics.
Evaluate program effectiveness and improve delivery using feedback and performance measures.
Use e-learning platforms and tools to provide scalable learning solutions.
Align training initiatives with organizational goals and industry standards.
Monitor trends and good practices in training and development.

What you bring

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least five years of experience in training and development or a related role.
Strong project-management and organizational skills.
Experience with e-learning platforms, instructional-design tools, and virtual training.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams across time zones.
